Ministry of Lectors and Commentators

Responsible for spreading the word of God, the Ministry of Lectors and Commentators help guide the faithful during the Mass. Lectors are tasked to read the scriptures and may announce the Prayer of the Faithful and may substitute in leading the Psalm if necessary. Commentators help facilitate and guide the congregation for a smoother celebration.
